Our story
It started with a terrible family vacation. In 2008, founder Sarah Chen booked what she thought would be a dream trip to Cancun — only to spend half of it on hold with airlines, chasing down missing resort credits, and managing two exhausted kids in an airport. She came home more stressed than when she left.
So she did something about it. She spent the next two years learning the travel industry inside and out, building relationships with the best all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, Mexico, and beyond. In 2010, Amazing Travel And Tours opened its doors with a single promise: no family should ever feel alone when something goes wrong on vacation.
